Tale of Two Teacups

I'm often inspired by children's books. The characters and writing style are normally simple and easy to understand, while the illustrations, color palette, and visual world-building let the reader gauge tone and life lessons.

I wrote "The Tale of Two Teacups" as a gift for my husband. We both love to drink tea, but he prefers giant, two hand wielding mugs, whereas I like to drink from small cups. My favorite part of this story is what is happening beyond the two characters (whose design is very minimal), as the world they live in is full of large Jurassic plants and animals, and the earth seems to float in the air.
